Do you offer same-day flower delivery?
We do not offer same-day delivery, but we do offer next-day delivery.
When will my bouquet /arrangement be delivered?
Deliveries are made Monday through Friday. Orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday.
We make every effort to complete all deliveries by 5:30 PM. Please note that we are unable to guarantee specific delivery times.
What if I am not home /work, or the recipient is unavailable to receive the arrangement?
We make an effort to contact recipients prior to delivery to ensure someone is available to accept the arrangements. If the weather is not too cold or too hot, we will find a protected area to leave the arrangement. Please note: If delivering to an office building, we will follow the security protocol for the building. So, your delivery may be left with Reception or Security.
Is I JAI FLORALS open on weekends and holidays?
Our studio is closed Saturday and Sunday as well as on days when we are booked for weddings, events, or classes.
Will I JAI FLORALS deliver on weekends?
Only for prescheduled events, not for daily orders.
Does I JAI FLORALS have a physical location?
I JAI FLORALS is a private, family-owned home-based business. Because we operate from our private residence, we are unable to accommodate public walk-ins or open our studio to the general public. Thank you for understanding and respecting our family’s privacy.
Will I JAI FLORALS deliver on holidays?
No, we are a small family business and cannot accommodate holiday delivery. We will deliver the working day before the holiday or the next working day after the holiday. I JAI FLORALS is closed on weekends and the following holidays:

I JAI FLORALS offer a monthly subscription, you’ll receive a fresh, hand-designed bouquet delivered monthly right to your door.
